  12. Make ready Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
  13. Get 1 cup Dahi (Yogurt)
  14. Prepare 3 tbs Pyaz (Onion) Fried
  15. Get Chicken cubes 2
  16. Get Namak (Salt) If required
  17. Prepare Pani (Water) Boiled (optional)
  18. Make ready 1 tsp Garam masala powder (Whole spice powder)
  19. Prepare 1/2 tsp Jaifil & javitri powder (Nutmeg & mace powder)
  20. Prepare Chat masala as required
  21. Get Oil
  22. Get 1 Pyaz (Onion) Sliced
  23. Prepare Pyaz (Onion) Fried
  24. Prepare Hari mirch (Green chilli)
  25. Prepare Hara dhania (Green coriander)
  26. Get Adrak (ginger) Julienne
  27. Take Chaat masala 1 tsp or as required
  28. Get Leemo (Lemon)
Instructions to make Chicken Daleem Recipe:
  1. Pot mein pani,jau,gandum/gehu dal kar ubal anay dein,halki ancch per 30 minute kliya paka lein.
  2. Baking soda dal dein aur dhak kar paka lein (approximately: 1 & ½ hour).
  3. Karhai mein oil,adrak lehsan paste,bonless chicken dal kar rang tabdeel hunay tak paka lein.
  4. Lal mirch powder,dhania powder,haldee powder,hari mirch,namak aur dahi dal kar chicken pak janay tak paka lein.
  5. Fried pyaz dal kar ache tarhan mix kerlein,chicken ko resha kar ka side per rakh dein.
  6. Jau aur gandum ka mixture ko smooth blend kar lein, cooked chicken aur chicken cubes dal kar ache tarhan mix kar lein.
  7. Namak aur boiled pani (optional) dal kar dubara sa blend kar lein.
  8. Garam masala powder,jaifil & javitri powder aur chaat masala shamil karein.
  9. Frying pan mein oil aur pyaz dal kar golden brown hunay tak fry kar lein,fried pyaz ko haleem mixture mein dal kar ache tarhan mix kar lein.
  10. Hari mirch,hara dhania,adrak,lal mirch sa garnish karein.aur serve kry
